Always nice to see a macro shot, It's fun to make and the results or often breath taking. Just keep a few things in mind, First of all check from which side the light is falling on your subject. In this case it's coming from almost behind the bee what results that his head is in the shade. and in most cases by living things its importend to get the head (eyes) sharp. the sharpness is now on the wings (mostly).

Your shutterspeed in relation with your Focal length is perfect. but bare in mind that movement due to wind or camera shake makes it hard to get a very sharp image. the use of a monopod or tripod can do wonders for the sharpness of a image.

It's not always wrong to place your subject in the middle of the frame, but it's often more pleasing to look at if you follow the rules of third. However in a square it can be done.

congrats on a nice image and happy shooting in the future!
